Lifeguard Classes LLC releases student information, including information regarding the passing or failing of courses or of certificate status, to the student, the issuing brand, and government entities as required by law and/or the policies of the issuing brand. In order to release any student information to a third party other than the issuing brand for the certificate or under legal subpoena, students must complete, sign and email back to us (lifeguardclasses.office@gmail.com) the Release of Information form.


Consumer Data Privacy Policy 

Information collected Lifeguard Classes LLC is never sold, rented, loaned, or the like to any third party for any reason. All information submitted is considered confidential in nature and will not be disclosed to anyone except under a subpoena in a court of law. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart and our shopping cart uses cookies to track your shopping cart, both of which are used only for the ordering process. Our shopping cart uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor’s contact information including e-mail addresses and financial information (i.e. credit card information). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to customers. The customer’s contact information is used for communicating with our customers on order related issues and Lifeguard Classes LLC advertising efforts to include occasional emails and mailings via the United States Postal Service. You are by agreeing to opt-in to receiving advertising form Lifeguard Classes LLC via email and US Postal Service when registering for an account and/or registering for a course. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the purchaser for products or services.
